The grapes for this wine are grown in Undurraga's Codigua Estate. Situated along the Maipo river, behind the Leyda Valley. Cool temperatures here create an ideal environment for producing Pinot Noir of delicate colour and fresh acidity, perfect for sparkling rosé. Delicate watermelon pink, and with subtle aromas of cherries, strawberries and flower petals. Persisten, uniform bubbles and zesty acidity provide an uplifting palate. Great for parties, as an apéritif, or with lightly spicy chicken skewers.
