    The Kaiken is a Patagonian goose, which regularly migrates across the Andes, and this is exactly what winemaker Aurelio Montes has done. The renowned Chilean winemaker has selected fruit from a number of vineyards in Agrelo and Uco Valley. A deep, ruby and violet-coloured wine, with a backbone of plum and berry fruit, and spicy touches from maturation in French oak. Concentrated and complex, with ripe, sweet tannins and a long finish. A verstile wine, matching well with pizza, pasta or pork chops.
