    With a climate similar to some of the wine regions of northern Europe, it's no surprise that Otago has produced this excellent Pinot Gris. Cool fermentation has preserved maximum primary fruit character from this delicate grape variety, with peach blossom and fresh pear notes taking centre stage. 3 months' lees ageing have added great nuttiness and complexity, plus a satisfyingly creamy edge.
