The Torres family name has featured in Catalan winemaking since as far back as the 17th century. One of the most famous wineries of the region, Torres occupies 1300ha of some of Catalunya's best terroir. This is a dry and delicate rosé, with an emphasis on freshness and lightness of fruit. Gentle raspberry flavours are cut through with a clean, incisive acidity that really lifts the palate making this a real favourite with summer picnics, easily partnering soft cheeses, cold cuts and salads.
