The 'Marin' is a southern wind that blows into the Languedoc from the Meditterranean, usually bringing rain. This wine is named after the more desirable 'Marin Blanc': the same southerly wind but without the rain, which offers far better conditions for this blend's winter Rhône grape varieties. This wine treads a brilliantly fine line between freshness of acidity and richness of fruit, with punchy melon, pear and pineapple fruit delivered in a crisp, clean package.
