    An amazing value limited parcel from acclaimed Bordeaux winemaker Bernard Magrez. Something of a crossbreed between the traditional blends of Bordeaux and the Languedoc, this is a powerful black fruit and spice-driven red, with layers of leafy, herbaceous complexity. Part of the blend has been aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, giving a silky sheen to the muscular tannins, now complemented by a period of bottle maturation. Marvel at the unbelievably low price over a rich beef stew. As this wine has a few years of bottle age, please note that it will benefit from being decanted or poured carefully to avoid excess sediment.
