Gascony is a proud region in the South-West of France. The climate is much cooler than the Languedoc and allows Sauvignon grapes to ripen much more slowly and therefore develop greater complexity. A nose that is alive with aromas of fresh lime, gooseberry and grass. Fruity and concentrated on the palate with a racy acidity providing a clean, refreshing finish. Chill and drink now as a complement to salads or an assortment of lighter dishes.
