Bodegas Los Llanos is situated in the southern Spanish region of Valdepeñas, a source of excellent red wines. The Señorio de Los Llanos Gran Reserva is aged for 3 years in cask in the Bodegas' cellars, almost 40 feet underground, and only released when ready to drink. Mature aromas of fruit, leather, tobacco and spice. A full palate with dark cherry and strawberry hints, cloves and an earthy character. Well integrated and smooth, with a lingering finish. Ideal with grilled or roasted meats, especially lamb.
