In Alsace the synonym Tokay d'Alsace is often used. This wine has a lovely aromatic and flowery nose. The palate is rich and well-balanced showing peaches, apricots and white blossom. With a dry, fresh finish, this wine will partner a range of foods, particularly smoked fish and meats as well as salads.
