Aged in American oak for six to eight months before bottling, and made to the same exacting standards as Riojas in Berberana's stable, utilising modern winemaking techniques to produce some of Spain's most popular wines. A bouquet of rich, intense red fruits against a background of vanilla oak flavours, with a body of soft and creamy tannins, vanilla and spice, well balanced with a smooth aftertaste. Enjoy over the next eighteen months with roast meat, grilled vegetables or cold meat platters.
