    Made from a blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache, the grapes used to make this wine are hand picked and vinified separately to preserve and concentrate the flavours. Wine produced in Minervios has been produced since Roman times and was remarked upon by Pliny. Delicious aromas of red berry fruits, particularly raspberry and cranberry, as well as a hints of violet. The palate of red fruits, spice and oak, a smooth and rich body, with ripe tannins. Excellent with rich casseroles, game dishes and cassoulet.
