This is Rustenberg's top wine, named in honour of Peter Barlow, the founder of the modern Rustenberg winery 1941, whose family still runs the estate today. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Rustenberg's finest vineyard, planted in 1990 on the south-western slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain. Matured for 20 months in new French oak barriques, it is enjoayable immediately, but will cellar well for 10-15 years.
