    This is a blend of 85% Carmenere, complemented by small amounts of Cabernet and Syrah, from hand-harvested vineyards in Colchagua. The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation, then 60% is aged in French oak for 12 months before reblending. Achieving a happy balance between youthful fruit and savoury undertones, this wine is at once lively, supple, smooth and rich, with notes of blackberry, red peppers and spice on the finish. Drink now or keep for up to 5 years. Enjoy with cured meats or well-seasoned steak.
