This is a low-alcohol wine, hailing from Cheste, a short distance inland of Valencia, where the maritime climate suits the Moscato grape to perfection. Made in the Charmat method, the wine is allowed a brief secondary fermentation under pressure. Supremely light and fruity, with a refreshingly low alcohol level of only 5%, and a touch of residual sweetness. Aromas of pear and orange blossom, and a gentle natural spritz. Drink well-chilled with picnic lunches, light rice and pasta dishes, or as a refreshing aperitif.
