Domaines Paul Mas are one of the largest and most successful wineries in the Languedoc, having 230ha of estate-owned vineyards, as well as access to over 800ha of vineyards owned by contract growers, making a range of great value wines with traditional varieties. An inviting ruby and purple colour, the equally inviting nose offers plum and blackberry fruit, accented with subtle mocha notes. A rich and soft palate with ripe tannins and medium body. Drink any time over the next 4-5 years, alongside sausages, or stewed lamb or veal.
