    Better known for its red wines, the vineyards of Marsannay are also home to some excellent white wines such as this, made in a relatively bold style. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed directly into French oak barrels for fermentation and maturation totalling 14 months. Full-bodied and round for a white Burgundy, offering an abundance of fruit. The firm and citrussy acidity is tempered by the smooth oak influence and density of the fruit backbone. Pair with a succulent roast chicken and caramelised vegetables.
