Tintern is a blend of Welsh matured Cheddar with fresh chives and shallots. The name comes from the Abbey where the 'White Monks of Tintern' farmed the shallots for the cheese. It has a smooth, creamy texture that is accentuated by the taste of chives and shallots The result is a superb combination of flavours which adds something new to the cheeseboard.
